Man's Activities that affects the Jurong Lake

There a lot of human activities that disrupt the peace found in that place. One of that is littering. Litter is found everywhere along the lake. The people who use the object are very inconsiderate. Eben though when there is a litter bin just a few meters away, they still throw their litter on the floor. Littering not only dirt's the place. It also causes land pollutions and it contributes a lot to global warming. When we litter we are giving the cleaner more job to do. If a single person takes initiative many people will follow him/ her and throw their litter in the rubbish bin as well. If the government wants to prevent littering along the lake, I think its should set up cameras in every single corner and they should increase the fine for littering to $500. Even if the public does not want take the initiative they will at least be scared for the fine and throw their litter in the litter bin.
